Catalyst Governance
Catalyst brings together key members of the CECG office, Principals and Leaders, Teachers, and subject matter experts to help us achieve our bold goals through the Steering Committee and Reference Groups.
Steering Committee
Made up of key CECG staff and industry subject matter experts, the Steering Committee will provide support, guidance and is responsible for signing off on all decisions that impact Catalyst. They will
- Provide input to the development of components and initiatives
- Provide advice on the budget
- Identify priorities and potential risks
- Monitor the quality of the deliverables of Catalyst as it develops
- Make decisions around changes to Catalyst as it develops
Reference Groups
To ensure the Catalyst program provides Teachers, Principals and Leaders, and parents and students the right information at the right time, we have established various reference groups. Our reference groups help us to
- Identify the needs of our staff on the ground
- Identify and monitor risks
- Identify communication opportunities and materials that will resonate
- Provide feedback and input on Catalyst learning programs
